Bladder Paragangliomas (PGLs) are rare forms of neuroendocrine tumours arising from sympathetic paraganglionic tissue. They account for <1% of all Pheochromocytomas and Paragangliomas (PPGLs) and < 0.06% of all bladder tumours.
